How do I set up an account with SmartDX?

The home page of the SmartDX website offers a Login/Sign-up option for existing and new users. You can enter your email address and click Submit. A SmartDX administrator will send an activation link to your email address to help you complete the account setup.

What are the basic system browser requirements for running SmartDX?

You must have an internet connection and any one of the following browsers:

  • Firefox version 20 and above
  • Chrome version 24 and above
  • Safari version 5 and above

Is access to SmartDX limited geographically?

SmartDX can be accessed and operated from any part of the world. The only requirement is an internet connection.

Is SmartDX available only in English?

SmartDX is currently available in English only. French, German, and Spanish releases will be available soon.

Can I host the SmartDX platform on a local system?

SmartDX is cloud-based and cannot be locally hosted from a local system.
